My New Year's Resolution is get in shape! I've been putting off going to the gym for a while, but this year is different. I started going to yoga classes twice a week and doing cardio and weights on my off days. I'm thinking about going to other group exercise classes at 24 Hour Fitness, but not sure which ones to take. Any suggestions?
I'm going to Lake Tahoe this weekend to hit the slopes. I can't wait to go snowboarding, it's been awhile since I have last been to the snow. Hopefully I'm not too sore at the end of my weekend.
Best,
Hua

Sounds like you're off to a great start! Sorry I don't have any suggestions for you about the group exercises, but I'm sure any exercise is good, right? Have fun in the snow!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,
Linda
PS. How did you find my blog? It's interesting how people all over the world get connected. :)
Congrats on your resolution! I've never been to a 24 hour fitness but bootcamp classes are generally a good start. They incorporate aspects of both cardio and weight/strength training. Kickboxing classes are also a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a good time at Tahoe. I went once years ago in the summer time but would love to visit again as an adult!
